Mom's Pumpkin Dessert

* Mix together and add to bottom of 9x13
1 box Yellow Cake Mix (leave out 1 cup)
1/2 c. Melted butter
1 beaten egg

*Mix together for second layer
1 Can Pumpkin (the little can)
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. plus 1/3 c. Evaporated Milk
1 t. Cinnamon
1/2 t. Cloves
1/2 t. Ginger
1/2 t. Salt
(Can use two tsp of pumpkin pie seasoning plus a little more cinnamon in place of spices)

*For the top layer mix together
1 c. Cake Mix
1/4 c. sugar
1t Cinnamon
1/4 c. butter.
Sprinkle the dry ingredients onto the cake and then cut butter into pieces and put on top of the top layer.

Bake for 55 min on 350 degrees. Turn oven off and leave the cake in the oven for an additional 5 minutes. DO NOT LEAVE IN FOR LONGER!!
