Making easy pumpkin muffins. All you do is mix a spice cake mix, can of pumpkin, and a cup of water (plus some chocolate chips, if you so desire). Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes and you get the moistest, simplest pumpkin muffin ever.
