Pork ribs-about 12-15 (I went to Costco and bought one huge thing of ribs for about $18 and there were about 22ish in the rack and that worked great. It makes two full pans.)
Sauce:2 1/4 cup ketchup2 1/2 T. Wor...sauce (do you know what I'm talking about?)3/4 t. ground red pepper (I didn't have this)3/4 t. chili powder (I didn't have this either)1/2 c. white wine or red wine vinegar1/2 c. granulated sugar6 minced garlic cloves1 c. waterBrown the ribs in a pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs in a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 275 degrees for 4-5 hours. Turn occasionally and baste with sauce. Delicious
