Chocolate Peppermint Marshmallow Cookies
Yield: 50 cookies

2 boxes devil’s food cake mix
1/2 c oil
4 eggs
Mix and form into 1″ balls. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until the tops crack. Cool.
Other Ingredients
50 Peppermint Marshmallows
Dipping chocolate, melted
1-2 Candy Canes, crushed
To Assemble
Melt dipping chocolate of your choice. “Paint” the bottom of each marshmallow. Top each cookie with a marshmallow. Let sit at room temperature until set. You need to be able to pick up the cookie without the two separating. Dip tops into chocolate. Sprinkle crushed candy cane over top before they set up. Enjoy!

These would be DELISH to throw some peppermint extract in with the dev food... YUMMO!
