Popeye's Ice Cream
Popeye's Ice cream
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup pure maple syrup or agave nectar syrup
1 avocado peeled & pitted
1/2 banana
2 cup raw spinach lightly packed
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups ice cubes
Blend on the Blendtec setting "Icecream" or until creamy
optional after blending add 3 Tbsp raw pistachios & 1/2 tsp Almond extract & pulse 3-5 times
