Frozen pizza dough
2 cans chopped tomatoes, squeezed dry
1/4 t. thyme
1 medium sized onion, chopped fine
2 cups meat (pepperoni etc)
1/4 c. oil
1/2 t. salt
3 cups pizza cheese blend
2 cans sliced olives drained
Oil heavily a 9x13 glass dish. Flour surface and roll out dough as thin as possible to fit into dish and up the sides. Oil top of dough heavily. Spread drained tomatoes over dough then sprinkle with thyme and salt. Spread all the chopped onions, then half of the cheese, all the olives and all the meat. Top with the remaining half of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 min until dough is baked and bottom of crust is lightly brown. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 min before cutting. This pizza is about 2 in thick and perfect for up to 8 hungry people.
