My darling husband found this recipe and made it all on his own. To my surprise it was deelish and I am ready to polish it off in one sitting :D
Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup minced celery
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
1.In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, celery, bell pepper, onion, and crushed pineapple. Divide the mixture in half and form two balls out of the mixture. Roll each ball in the pecans. Chill until ready to serve.
